About the Image(s)

While travelling in Richmond outer western Sydney on a Saturday I asked my son, any sports worth while photographing. He said just down the road they play Polo. I went along for first ever photographic session on Polo. I thought this maybe a worthy photo to show on PSA as many photographers submit horse photos, mainly rodeo.

Here we can see two horses and competitors racing with the ball towards the goals. Even the horses seem to be competing for the superior position.

And wow what an expensive sport this is, each player has to have 4 horses to compete, one for each chukkers, ¼ of play. The horse float to transport alone I was told cost $250,000 AUD.
