October 2025 - Singing in the Choir
About the Image(s)
My wife Carolyn sings in our church’s choir and they were working to perform with a group of other churches here in State College. I took pictures at this performance, and I liked this one because it seemed to catch several singers who were certainly concentrating on performing at their best.

Without reading the description, I could make out its some performance in a church, but to me its a tightly cropped image. However facial expressions have been well captured in a perfectly exposed image.   Posted: 10/16/2025 21:22:54
The tight cropping was necessary to remove some major distractions.   Posted: 10/16/2025 21:30:46
The picture described a group of people concentrating on their choir singing in a church- all with good facial expression. A higher level for this picture would be one or two character dressed differently, or with funny facial expression to be the centre of attraction---bringing life to the group.   Posted: 10/17/2025 08:45:51
