This image was taken at last year’s Pink Zone basketball games where the crowd is encouraged to wear pink. During breaks in the action of the basketball game crowd participants are chosen for different chances to win prizes. I like this image first for the bright pink colors and second of all the difference of the two expressions. The announcer is quite animated in her description of the contest, and the little girl is showing what looks like a complete lack of interest.

To me the image has a story and exposure is perfect. The body language of announcer is ok for the image and the little girl seems to be waiting for something to happen. The colours look good and the audience is well diffused. Posted: 07/11/2026 21:54:24
