HI Leslie, what a great character for this month's image. It certainly does look like a hard way to make a living. I can see that your subject has filled the frame with enough detail in the background to support the location. Nothing wrong with your settings, although you probably didn't need a F10 as it might have been nice to blur the background a little. I'm guessing you tried to sharpen the subject a little as his face is just a little grungy (oversharpened), but aside from this there is a good strong story and the image is well composed.   Posted: 03/07/2026 18:49:16

Nice shot of the street vendor. The facial expression help show the effort needed to push his cart full of goods. The produce, scale and bags give us a good sense of this man's trade. I agree with Jen on the face but all the details are clear and sharp.   Posted: 03/14/2026 14:45:46
