First, let me congratulate you on your article in the July PSA Journal. Your article and the accompanying images document the story you're trying to tell. As far as this image is concerned, all your technicals are good, the image is well-centered and the story it tells is precisely what you stated. Unfortunately, I don't see much HI in the image. Vinaya, it is obvious that in this part of rural India everything is needed and if possible refurbished to continue being of help. This looks like a heavy duty engine, and of course heavy needing two persons to carry it. Human interest in photojournalism captures authentic, everyday emotions, struggles, and triumphs. Rather than covering hard breaking news, it focuses on intimate storytelling-using the camera to foster empathy and build personal connections with the viewer. The scene must be unposed and genuine, capturing fleeting human experiences like a quiet street scene, a moment of joy, or a display of resilience which to me is the case in this image.
