Vivek, this is definitively a "travel" image capturing well the atmosphere of the place. The triangular shape of the dock creates a strong composition element together with the shadow that allow to put the boat in a diagonal. I maybe wrong, but I have the impression that the horizon is leaning to the left. This is something you can correct easily. Is a pity that none of the people in the boats is facing the camera.

Good, sharp, colourful travel image. Kashmir is a heaven on earth. Composition also good, clouds added a beauty to the sky. As Michele mentioned, any human activity would have added beauty.

For me, I found the image captured in harsh light. The same image would have been much prettier if captured during golden hour. Of course, if it was possible.   Posted: 11/14/2025 05:26:22
