The Pyramid at the Louvre in Paris is famous world-wide, so I tried for a different angle on the scene. I like how the 2 “new” Pyramids lined up with the “old” Palace behind. The red glow inside contrasted well with the dark blue night sky.

Interesting juxtaposition of the old and the new, and your different angle is very creative. I like the red lighting in the new pyramid, but worth trying lighting up the palace a bit so it balances out a bit more with the newer structures?   Posted: 05/16/2021 16:59:46

Thank you Laurie, I will try to give the old palace a bit more light...   Posted: 05/25/2021 18:20:58

I like your thought process Lisa.

In my view, the front pyramid and the palace are of the same colour which is helping to balance the image. I agree with you, how the red colour is standing out in contrast to the blue. It is all about lines and colours which are beautifying the image.
Good image Lisa!   Posted: 05/18/2021 11:25:57
