On the way to the Olympic National Park, I stayed at a hotel in the harbor of Angeles Harbor and took a photo of this pre dawn harbor from the balcony on the first floor in the early morning.
On the morning of August 31, 2024, the Nikon D800+24-70 (66), SIO200, F13,30S cameras were placed in a photography bag without a tripod.

You can do a number of things. Firstly have a look at the histogram. You may be able to adjust the exposure to avoid the highlights. Expose for the highlights rather than the mid range. Exposure bracket - if the dynamic range is too great - doesn't look like it on the image. If you want long exposure then think about using a ND filter Posted: 11/09/2024 02:05:08

I have tried using gradient mirrors, ND mirrors, etc. before, but if it is not exposed, other areas will become dim and there will be a lot of noise, making it difficult to restore dark areas and achieve.
The length of the radioactive light from the lamp head can change the aperture size to make the light shorter.
The overexposure of water surface refraction in this area is caused by wind direction and refraction angle
