Pittsburgh, PA, where they had installed a Ferris Wheel for Oktoberfest in early October. Beautiful sunset, can see the lights on at the empty Pirates baseball stadium.

I think the wheel is in the distance. One way to separate them would be with a drone shot, but I don't think that's necessary here. In my opinion, this is a picture of the bridge, if you crop the sides, you loose the bridge.
