Lighting Conditions: mid-morning around 10:30 local time,
Where and When: Walking tour of Paris, 26 May 2019 10:30 AM local time. This street is a very famous landmark in Paris.
This image was taken as part of a week spent in Paris during the spring of 2019.
Post-Processing: In Lightroom: enabled lens profile, remove chromatic aberration, straightened & cropped, adjusted blacks, whites, shadows, highlights, increased exposure, then adjusted dehaze, clarity, adjusted contrast, vibrance & saturation to view the image as seen by the eye. In Photoshop sharpened, reduced noise (Topaz).

The picture is still slightly tilted, you can adjust it again in the later stage.
A clean and tidy street, with flower pots on both sides of the road belonging to residents themselves, adds a touch of beauty to the environment.

I agree with the tilt.
Not sure about the balance in this picture.
I would try taking the picture from the middle of the street, minimizing the tall building sticking out in the back.
Then again, if the goal is to show the contrast between buildings... it's a choice.
