This is the famous transporter bridge in Middlesborough. The Tees Transporter Bridge between Middlesbrough and Port Clarence opened in 1911.
It supports a gondola which is intended to carry vehicles and pedestrians across the river Tees. It hasn't operated since 2019.
Apart from being a local landmark it is a great night photography spot. Nikon Z8, 14mm f7.1 ISO 640 2.5 sec, on a tripod
