This is fantastic! There aren't many cool traffic exchanges where I live, I would love to get something like this. I love the geometry and the abstractness of the straight-down drone shot. We have a few drones shots this month!
Although this may not make it past the Photo Travel definition, it is a great image.   Posted: 05/06/2025 08:28:21

Why 'may not fit'?   Posted: 05/07/2025 01:08:37

Only because this is the Photo Travel Division and the first point under the definition is:

1. If the image is predominantly or exclusively a land-, sea- or cityscape, these "scapes" must include characteristic and distinctive physical features, although it is not necessary that the image identify the exact location;

My view of this dialogue is to post photos to find out if they would be good for PTD in exhibitions. If one isn't entering exhibitions, then the definition isn't important.   Posted: 05/07/2025 06:15:40

I think this overpass has distinct local characteristics and meets the definition of tourism photography.
The pictures posted in our Travel Study Group (PTD) should meet the definition of travel photography as much as possible (if you think the pictures do not meet the definition of travel photography, you can apply to join the PIDC study group); If any discrepancies are found in our group, the shortcomings should be pointed out so that the author or everyone can learn more precautions and obtain higher scores in the PTD group when participating in PSA recognized competitions.

That's why I said 'may not'. It all depends on the judges… I think it is distinctive, but you never know what judges will think. Not a negative comment at all.   Posted: 05/07/2025 08:58:38

This is lovely ! I like this photo.
How about trying with longer shutter time, where it will give more interesting light trails?   Posted: 05/17/2025 19:47:09

Thank you
At that time, the wind was a bit strong. If we slow down a bit, it will become blurry   Posted: 05/20/2025 22:15:07
