Title: Golden Gate Love Locks
I am out in the sunny and warm Bay Area of California for a few weeks, enjoying the beauty of the area.
This is a new view of the most famous bridge (?) in America. It is in a small parking lot, with a lot of walkers and runners stopping to take the same shot. Actually used my big camera and not my iphone!

A clever composition-the bridge passes right through the gap in the iron fence. Would it have been better with a slightly smaller aperture for sharper bridge details? Posted: 02/11/2026 10:47:26
The theme is prominent, and the Golden Gate Bridge and bay seen through the fence tell us where they made their wishes. The love lock has been washed away by waves and eroded by salt, still hanging on the isolation fence, symbolizing the sedimentation of time and unwavering loyalty. Posted: 02/11/2026 20:26:01
