"Highland Light" is an active lighthouse on the Cape Cod National Seashore in North Truro, Massachusetts. The current tower was erected in 1857, replacing two earlier towers. It is the oldest and tallest lighthouse on Cape Cod. The grounds are open year-round, while the light is open to the public from May until late October, with guided tours available.” Wikipedia
This is my favorite lighthouse and I have visited it often. I did submit a photo of Highland Light in 2021, but it was a closeup.

Nice image of Highland Light which IS a lovely photo travel image in the Cape Cod area. Looks like you had a very cloudy day. Would love to see this when the sky is blue sometime if you ever are able to catch that too. Posted: 09/11/2025 11:54:01
