February 2026 - View of Cordoba

About the Image(s)

I took this with a Nikon D100 and 28-300 mm lens at = 69mm. SS was 1/640, aperture f 13 and ISO 400. I enlarged the original with Gigapixel and processed in Elements, NIK and Topaz. Does this show too much?

It's a nice scenic view of the city. I love that old Roman bridge there on the right too. Have been going thru my pics of our Spain rip which we loved too. This is a lovely scenic view of the city with many of the important buildings an the bridge and river. It may not win in regular PT but it would do well in landscapes I would think. Nice job, Judy   Posted: 02/16/2026 17:03:34

This is a nice view, with the bridge leading up to the buildings. I don't think you need remove anything... except perhaps a bit of the sky if you want to move the horizon line off-centre.   Posted: 02/22/2026 11:31:55

A very nice image of the buildings and bridge. I don't think that you need to, but if you wanted to eliminate a little, you could bring the right side in towards the tower on the right and as Sukumar said, cut from the top a little to reduce the sky. Photographing cities often become busy as all the buildings come together, with no good place as a defining end to them.   Posted: 02/23/2026 07:58:39
