I took this in Tallinn, Estonia and it was a stroke of luck that we found this. A friend and I took a different exit from our hotel and saw a procession of people in various costumes. I think they were headed to the singing ground for a performance. We saw lots of different costumes and people were of all ages. I used a Nikon D70S with 18-200 mm lens at 60mm. SS was 1/400, aperture f 7.1 and ISO 320. Needless to say, I took lots of photos and some have been accepted in exhibitions. I haven't tried this one yet.
