I think when I took the photo it didn't rain for months . So it seemed to me the Gopuram was little bit dusty. Certain areas of India has a lot of dust. I heard that after rain this Gopuram shines...but I guess I was not that lucky.   Posted: 07/11/2024 15:22:34

Amazing photo of all the characters - and each one looks different from the rest! At first it's a bit chaotic to look at all the statues and I was wondering what was your point of interest. There is so much to look at that after a while the viewer can find some interest. Would love to see it with out dust!   Posted: 07/11/2024 17:16:52

That is how Gopuram's were designed ...it is a form of architecture that is completely different from European Thought...check out the url. Questions is do we always need focus on one thing in a photograph or painting...why not everything together...I wonder ?   Posted: 07/12/2024 08:23:53

There is lots of nice detail in this image. Too many much for me to look at to get any appreciation. If you would take for example one corner of the image, pick a significant figure and tell me something about that one figure I am sure I could much better appreciate it.   Posted: 07/21/2024 19:43:46

To me it's kind of like an ancient pattern shot and I appreciate the planned chaos of the scene.   Posted: 07/21/2024 19:49:34
