This photo was taken at the Grist Mill in Cades Cove which is part of the Smoky Mountain National Park.
Since I hoped to slow the water, I had my camera on a tripod. I converted the photo to black and white because there wasn't much color to the photo and I like the lines of the building and the chute.

I like it very much. The f/22 not only gave you the slow shutter but also sharp focus from front to back. It could be cropped a little on the left without losing anything, might make it tighter. Posted: 04/20/2026 18:23:53
