Last October I was in China and I saw this lovely scene through the Chinese gate.

Nice idea to frame your subject and such a nice frame at that. I would like to see less frame and more of the subject that is "through the gate". In other words move in closer. Posted: 07/18/2026 12:17:02

I think you captured it perfectly! I like seeing the entire gate because it is beautiful artistically. I especially like the flowers that cascade along one side of the gate. Nice focus and composition. Posted: 07/18/2026 17:44:22
