Why I took this image:
In April Carolyn and I went to Clearwater Beach and then over to Orlando, planning to visit Disneyworld. Much to our surprise one had to purchase tickets for Disneyworld at least a week ahead of time so we went to Sea World and then to the Kennedy Space Center. It had changed a lot since the lates 70s when I had visited before. I liked the sky and different rockets used during the US space program.

This is also amazing and I love it, including the color of the sky. I do wonder if anyone will say the sky is over saturated - Obviously I don't think so.   Posted: 09/09/2022 11:23:26

Great sky, I don't thinks so either. The red bushes in the foreground contrast very well with the sky.   Posted: 09/11/2022 13:33:13

It's surprising to me that you have to purchase tickets to Disneyworld a week ahead of time. But for you it was time well spent because you were able to get a wonderful photo of the rockets at the Kennedy Space Center. The swirling clouds in the sky couldn't be more perfect!   Posted: 09/11/2022 19:04:54

I have been to this place several times but never managed to take a photo as good as yours. Great photo. I love the sky and it's juxtaposition with the rockets. Excellent work.   Posted: 09/11/2022 20:52:37

My term for backdrops like this is "a sky to die for", very spectacular. The rockets are shown in good detail and add so much to the overall content.   Posted: 09/22/2022 16:03:47

All I can say is you got that shot and I didn't! Damn.
I didn't believe that sky was real until I went back and looked at my photos from that trip and confirmed that yes, it was that good.   Posted: 09/22/2022 22:35:44
