About the Image(s)

This photo of the Verrazano Bridge was taken from the deck of the Queen Mary 2 as we passed underneath. The Verrazano is a double decker suspension bridge connecting the boroughs of Staten Island and Brooklyn. So with just one chance to get the shot, I set my OM 1 Mark 2 at 1/60 sec, f2.8, 24mm from 12-40 mm OM f2.8 II, iso 20,000 and hoped for the best. The image was imported into LR Classic. I changed the profile to adaptive color and used the LR denoise function. The photo has been only slightly cropped from 4X3 to 3X2 format. The process of capturing this image was a special memory.
