This is an interesting background and the flyers help add interest to the beautiful scenery. It is a great subject, but if possible, it would be better to wait until the gliders are closer so they are larger in the picture. Because half of this picture is blue sky, consider cropping the top part: glider and sky out, so that only the two bottom gliders show. This might emphasize the gliders better instead of mainly a blue sky. The cloud helps to make the picture, but otherwise it could be cropped out to emphasize gliders (consider both ways).
