I love the shape of the gate, and the "promise" of what is inside. The minaret and other buildings inside are intriguing. And the bright colors pull the eye through the gate.

I understand the concept of the two women looking apprehensively into the gate, but I suspect you took more photos of this scene, and I wonder if you have one where the women in the foreground are not blocking as much of the view into the medina beyond (although there might be a distraction that dictated their position).   Posted: 10/11/2025 14:46:59
