The story is clear, and your exposure in general is excellent. It's a little weird that the bird itself has almost no shadow and there is what looks like a very dark shadow on the fish - though the latter could be a bit of completely black seaweed?

I agree you have more space behind the bird than in front, making it appear that the subject is leaving the frame. I tried just cropping it into a 3x2 ratio, with a tiny bit off the bottom as well. This places the bird's head near you UL power point, and makes the bird's size relative to the image more pleasing.
