Background:
Palm Warblers are migratory songbirds often spotted in North America during spring and fall. They favor open woodlands and brushy areas and are known for their constant tail-wagging.

I see a few Palm Warblers during spring migration. They are tiny and always on the move. They arrive just as the trees start to grow leaves so that it is difficult to find and focus on them among the tangle of branches. I think that you could make a few improvements in processing this image. Back off on the sharpening - you have lots of detail without overdoing it. You made a good choice in darkening the background but portions that didn't get darkened are distracting. Notice the area in between the legs.   Posted: 10/12/2025 13:30:26
