The image was taken the day after a study by the State of Minnesota determined the police killings of black citizens was caused by “systemic racism.”
This man happened to see me there, at 38th St and Chicago Ave, or what is now George Floyd Square. He made the black power fist in front of one of the entrances to the space.

This image does have a story and one that needs to be told and then we need to move on to solutions not more demonstrations. The photo needs to be sized correctly so we can see the message. Posted: 05/26/2022 16:51:33
