The Cailhau gate (Historic Monument) or Gate of the Palace, was built in the 1495th century to celebrate the victory of Charles VIII, in the Battle of Fornovo (Italy).
This monument combines defensive elements and decorative elements.
The image was taken at blue hour in the morning.
Fujifilm GFX 100S, Fujinon GF 20-35 mm @32mm, f/16, 20 sec, ISO 125.
Post processing: basic adjustments including opening the shadows and black, add contrast and clarity and cropping.

Michele, interesting contrast between the Historic Monument and the most modern architecture. Beautiful light and sharpness. I just corrected for the wide angle distortion to straighten the lateral buildings that give the feel that are falling down to the center of the frame. Thakn you Isaac for taking the time to look at this. I like your revised version. I have debated myself if I wanted to keep that "wide angle" feeling or correct the perspective. I liked the wide angle with the prospective I posted, however, I can see both images after seeing your suggestion. I am curious to hear what the other think about.
