Title: Yosemite Bike Parking

Had a one-day visit to Yosemite National Park in Feburary and it was a beautiful blue sky day. Saw this pink bike just hanging out and thought it was a nice foreground element.

I really like this image. The bike is colorful, catches your eye immediately, and creates a nice contrast with the falls in the background. My one suggestion though is that I think that there's quite a bit of dead space between the top of the bike handles and the bottom of the fall. This forces the bike into the very bottom of the picture and creates a pause as your eyes move from the bike to the waterfall. I think by squatting and dropping the camera angle, you could bring the bike up in the photo and create more of a connection between the foreground and the background. I have used a bit of AI to show you roughly what I mean.   Posted: 03/15/2026 00:50:01

What attracts me is the distant mountain waterfall, which brings me a sense of mystery!   Posted: 03/15/2026 02:41:45
