About the Image(s)

I took this with a Nikon D300 and Tamron 18-270 lens at = 27mm. ISO was 200, SS 1/500 and aperture f 8. We have been to Death Valley several times and I always enjoy seeing it. This shot was in an area we hadn't explored before. I replaces the sky in another version for PID, but this is how I saw it--no clouds. The figures show the scale and I was glad they were present.
