This picture is from my Cuba trip in 2012. I think that the cigar and the fact that a woman is smoking it is a sufficient element to identify that this is Cuba but others may differ.

Tom, I'm not so picayune to disqualify an image because it doesn't necessarily adhere to some arbitrary guidelines. I have no reason to doubt that you created the image in Cuba. Tom, what makes this image more than the lady with the giant cigar is her demanding body language augmented by the red flowers adorning her head. On my visit to Cuba a few years ago we also found other lady's kind of "posing" for $ 1 and letting us take their picture. I do not know of any other part of the world that we would find elderly women smoking a large cigar like this on the street. The image is sharp.
