By car from Cusco to Lake Titicacah Alpaca are seen grazing by the highway. They are smaller than Llamas and are known for their soft fleece which is shorn once a year.

Ed, I see you've taken to landscapes. You've got a good one here. You have good color balance, good depth-of-field and the sheep provide some aspect of scale against the mountains. I wouldn't do anything to this image. If you cropped it you would have reduced the effect of the sky. Posted: 12/02/2025 13:57:35
Doc, beautiful image. Great color. Very sharp. I just made the horizonthal line straight and minimal crop from the sides to eliminate some of the amputated alpacas. Posted: 12/02/2025 14:54:59
