I captured this image outside of the Trinity College entrance on the main street. I especially liked the people who were strolling by, riding bikes or waiting for a bus that gave the feeling of a normal city life against the backdrop of the old buildings.
Not sure if the college is iconic enough for a travel image.

I think the building you show is distinctive enough for photo travel. Anyone who has been to Dublin would recognize it as the entrance to Trinity, and that's what's important. I agree with you that the people make this image come alive.   Posted: 10/12/2024 11:49:13

I agree with Carolyn on the distinctiveness of the building. When I photograph a building like this I tend to take a vertical and a horizontal and usually prefer the frame-filling horizontal one. However, I think this works. The red wheel cover of the bike and the two red soda cans are nice color spots on what looks like a dreary day with diffuse light.   Posted: 10/12/2024 12:10:26

The image you've captured is truly unique, with the beautiful buildings in the background and the people adding a sense of life and vibrancy to the scene.   Posted: 10/17/2024 10:28:12
