During our trip to Arches National Park we stopped at a viewpoint where the classic rock formations of Arches were on our left and there was a view of the La Sal Mountains in the distance. Taken late afternoon about 5:30 pm Pacific time.

Very nice! The lighting is really nice, interesting sky, and you've got your foreground mid ground and background. Good going!   Posted: 01/12/2026 10:33:10

This is a nice landscape as it is. I know it is perhaps a bad habit, but I am always looking for the "center of interest" to be in the upper right. To me the most interesting part of this image is the colorful rocks in the lower left. I do not know of any way to change that.   Posted: 01/17/2026 09:53:02

Awesome. This one has a lot of positives. Strong natural layering from foreground spires to distant mountains. Dramatic skies. Beautiful color palette.
Excellent Photo.   Posted: 01/17/2026 11:03:46

Very nice landscape photo. I like how you have interesting details in foreground all the way to background. Also the different colors help separate the areas. Very nice!   Posted: 01/17/2026 13:22:11

Beautiful Photo travel landscape composition of a colorful rock mountain, with good lighting, foreground rocks, a midground canyon, and background of snow-covered mountain with lovely cloud formations; I can see the rainstorm is coming.   Posted: 01/18/2026 01:21:09

The image has a strongly diagonal composition (left foreground vs. the mountain in the back). The sky is great. I think it could be improved in two ways. It seems to me the horizon is not horizontal, and there is a halo along the horizon which indicates that the post processing of the sky was a bit overdone.   Posted: 01/21/2026 12:50:20
