About the Image(s)

The tulips were out at the Netherlands Carillon in Rosslyn VA. I headed down early one morning. Most photographers were capturing the morning light toward Wash DC. I had turned around looking at the field of tulips in front of the tower.

My OM1 Mark 2 with the 8-25 mm f4 @ 8mm captured the image as positioned the camera very low to the ground. I liked the simple color pallette of red, green and black. Cameras was set at 1/60 sec, f8 and iso 200.

Image processed in LR and Transform used to ensure lines were upright and straight in the tower.
