I was driving around this wildlife area and was excited that there were raccoons out during the day. I was trying to get as many good shots as possible and trying to get as good a background as I could. But then this scene presented itself. I love the reactions of the children.
I used a Canon EOS 60D with a 100-400mm lens at 100mm, ISO 1250, 1/640sec, f8.

Serendipity has a habit of producing scenes that capture interest. Such is the case here. The interaction of the children staring at the raccoons and the raccoons staring back is a good human interest image. The fact that the road was sloping downhill is verified by the Angle of the trees. I assume the car was not moving and your settings were in AUTO, as given the circumstances of the image, I didn't think you had an opportunity to set them yourself manually.
