Villandry is a Chateau on the Loire river in "France. Perhaps the one with the best gardens.I was looking for images for the PTD Print exhibition at the PSA Photo Festival. Hopefully this will be hanging there.
Shot 8/24/12 at 4:38 pm with a 'Canon 7D and Canon 15-85mm lens at ISO 200, 15mm, f/8.0, 1/30 sec handheld.

This is a beautiful garden and the image has a great composition. The green and color in the foreground lead the eye to the castle in the background. Good luck for the PSA photo festival.

Stan, fabulous gardens leading the viewer right to the very picturesque castle. Even on such a gray day, you got a nice capture. BTW, I agree w/Adrian about the firm base at the bottom. And there's no question that you'll do well w/this at the PSA Print exhibition;^)) Posted: 07/22/2024 20:03:46
