About the Image(s)

Salt production is still a very important economic activity in some part of Sicily, Italy. This image was taken few years ago and is capturing the unique landscape of the Saline dello Stagnone near Trapani

Technical: Nikon Z-7ii with Nikkor 70-200 mm f/4 at 185 mm, f/16, f/8 1 sec.

Post processing: this is essentially an out of camera image. I just opened shadows and increased exposure by 0.3. I also increase contrast and clarity.
