About the Image(s)

This image was captured Feb 25th on Dataw Island South Carolina. This pair of blue herons were sitting on their nest. My OM1 Mark2 with the OM 150-400 TC1.25 captured the image at 473 mm, 1/500 sec, f5.6 and iso 320. My intent was to captures as much detail and color as possible. The moment of captured occured when both birds looked in the same direction - reminding me of the Doublemint Twins. The image ws processed in LR in adobe color profile with a slight bump in vibrance, shadows and whites and reducing highlights. Slight sharpening was added on export.
