Nice capture of the male sunbird. Though I don't see any chicks, I'll trust your caption and comments. The bird is sharp, the colors look natural and story is interesting.

The image presents a problem - the bird and tree are in shadows while the background is significantly brighter. The image is backlight perhaps from the upper right based upon the highlighed areas. Not sure what could have been done to control the bright areas in the background, perhaps they could be toned down a bit.   Posted: 06/13/2026 00:43:36

This is a beautiful bird. I am curious about what focal length you used to get such a creamy background. The bird is sharp and well exposed. You did a good job with the direction and light you were given.
