About the Image(s)

As they always do, darters spear the fish. Then they throw it up in the air before they swallow it.
I knew the exact shot I was looking for. But it turned out to be lot more difficult than I imagines.
Shot at 600 mm at 1/2000 sec; f/4. ISO = 500.
Cropped slightly for composition.
Processes in LR. minor adjustments and denoising.
