This image was taken at a track meet and as you can see it is the girls hurdles. Taken with a Nikon Z6II, 80-400mm lens at 102 mm, ISO 200, F4.8 and 1/1250 second hand held on the ground.
Post - Cropped, adjusted shadows and I thought of changing the red hue reflecting off the track but decided to stay with what I have.

Nice. This could win prizes. She is so tight in the frame, at the height of the action. You could tone down the highlights in the extra hurdles sitting to the right of the frame. The choice of the crop is likely more pleasing than something centered. Well done. Posted: 05/21/2026 00:03:24
