Photographic Society of America (PSA)


PJD Image Discussion Groups is an online study group activity for members of the Photographic Society of America (PSA), a worldwide organization for anyone interested in learning more about photography, no matter their skill level.

PJD stands for the PhotoJournalism Division, one of 6 Divisions of PSA. Study groups are one of a variety of activities and services found in each Division.

PSA itself also offers other activities and services, such as a monthly magazine, online courses, online photo galleries, image evaluation, mentors, consultants, photo competitions, recognition for photographic achievement and service, annual conference, discounts on photography-related products and services, and more.

Founded in 1934, PSA has members in over 70 countries. Membership is annual and includes activities and services for individuals, Clubs, and Councils.
