The image was made some years ago during my visit to Haridwar, a place of pilgrimage for the Hindus in India. The image shows a temporary changing room set up on the banks of river Ganges in such a way that feet of those inside are visible from outside. While a girl stands guard to those who are in changing room, a man who is to left perhaps waits for his turn. People of all ages like to have a dip in waters of sacred river Ganges. A bridge over river Ganges and some women are visible to right.
I downloaded the image and processed in photoshop.
