About the Image(s)

At a recent Penn State Men’s basketball game, during a TV timeout (which there are many) I was fortunate to be ready for these cheerleaders when they got ready to form their pyramid. One has to be very quick as it only lasts for a few seconds.

I understand the time constraints of capturing something that has a brief moment of peak action. For me, because the cheerleader pose is the main feature of the image, there is a lack of impact with the feet cut off, and the cheerleaders are not quite sharp.   Posted: 03/11/2026 09:30:36
