Karen, I think you have captured the facial expressions of friendship and pleasure in greeting each other. It would be nice if the photo was a little sharper, which could be that the shutter speed was a too slow (you could try setting your camera on automatic shutter speed, if you know how to do that or can get some help with it), or you might have moved your camera a bit when you took the shot. I see that the woman on camera left is the focus of attention with one man shaking her hand and another looking at her. However, the background does not provide information to explain the story.

The image shows people in an emotional, interactive situation, appears candid, and adheres to allowable reality based post-processing guidelines.

The wall in the background slants backward. Straightening perspective is allowed.
