2024-07-21, at the 30th London Pride Parade sponsored by Canada Life Insurance. This is a fun event to photograph. I learned that the parade goes around a corner close to the finish and positioned myself to capture the image as they turned the corner. Crowds line the streets on both sides thus I was able to capture the crowd and parade.

I really like the composition of the image, with the colorful participants and the banner that definitely explains the purpose of the parade. There is enough background to set the scene and the faces are visible and part of the atmosphere. Posted: 05/10/2025 15:54:43
