I took this photo at the Mardi Gras Parade last year. I named it Candy Please. The little girl is getting candy directly from one of the ladies on the float instead of picking it up from the street. Her Mom is delighted and the other reveler is enjoying it too. There is much happiness in this photo.
Taken with my iPhone 12 Pro Max at f/2.2, 1/430 sec., ISO 20 and 8mm.

Jamie, nice follow up to your June 2025 image and about the same child requesting and receiving a treat from the Mardi Grass caravan participants. Good interaction between the child and the woman in the truck. It is sharp. Unfortunately, the other adult is mutilated at the edge of the frame creating some tension. Posted: 09/02/2025 20:53:29
